Bundle includes 2 Items: (1) Shurflo 8000-543-290 Bypass Diaphragm Pump with (1) Male 3/8" Hose Barb Kit. The Shurflo 8000-543-290 Bypass Diaphragm Pump is a no control, front adapter style pump designed to accommodate to applications that have external pressure valves plumbed into the system. It provides up to 1.8 gpm open flow and pressures up to 100 psi for maximum performance on spot sprayers or agricultural sprayers. The bypass mode is ideal for applications where there is frequent stopping and starting of the motor, which creates the potential for overheating. Bypass pumps are great for applications requiring a wide range of flows and pressures ; for example, a spray boom with multiple nozzles, each controlled separately. The pump runs regardless of pressure in the system. The flow rate is different if one nozzle is turned on compared to turning two or more on. Once nozzles are turned off, excess flow is bypassed within the pump. Bypass pumps continue to run without damage once the bypass pressure is reached. Includes a male 3/8" HB kit to attach your pump to a hose with a 3/8" ID.
