Ferment fruit wines and meads with extra space using the Craft a Brew 2 Gallon Fruit Wine Fermenting Bucket, a food-grade fermentation bucket designed for 1 gallon fruit-based fermentation projects. The oversized 2 gallon capacity provides additional headspace needed for fermentations that include whole fruit, skins, pulp, seeds, and other bulky ingredients.

Designed for fruit wine and mead making, this fermenting bucket allows brewers and winemakers to manage active primary fermentation with reduced overflow risk compared to smaller glass carboys. The wide bucket opening makes it easier to punch down fruit, retrieve mesh straining bags, and collect samples during fermentation.

Constructed from food-grade plastic, the fermenter is easy to clean and includes molded volume markers at 0.5 gallon, 1 gallon, and 1.5 gallon levels for measurement reference during brewing and fermentation. The included lid features a pre-installed gasket and is compatible with drilled #6.5 rubber stoppers and fermentation airlocks sold separately.
